Explanation
Explanation of how to use MMS According to Jim
Humble's Protocol:
(in this explanation, I am going to use real lemon juice as the
activator, but, as explained above, you can also use the "Citric Acid MMS
Activator Kit" if you wish.)
* As far as personal experience, I follow Jim Humble's
findings that at least 5 drops of lemon juice (squeezed from a real lemon) go
with every one drop used of the MMS professional solution; in other words, a five to one
ratio (five drops of lemon juice to 1 drop of MMS professional formula).
* So, if you are going to use 1 drop of MMS solution, you use at least
5 drops of real lemon juice (squeezed from a lemon); if you are using 5 drops of MMS, then use at
least 25 drops of real lemon juice. And so on.
* I daily use about 5 drops of MMS in at least 25 drops of real lemon juice in a glass. I put the lemon drops in first, and then the MMS formula drops in second. I tilt a small glass in a small cup so that the drops mix together in a little puddle. (If the glass is put flat on a counter -- there is often so little in the glass that the two liquids do not interact enough to mix well so that the chemical reaction can take place.)
* I then wait at least three minutes while the chemical reaction between the MMS and the lemon juice takes place, during which time the mixture turns into chlorine dioxide (the lemon juice turns more yellow in the center).
* Then I add 4 to 6 ounces of water -- and drink. -- Some people prefer a little unsweetened, organic cranberry juice mixed in with the water, rather than water alone.
* Personally, I started with one drop of the MMS solution in five drops of lemon juice on the first day, and then worked up one drop at a time to 15 drops a day of MMS in 75 drops of lemon juice, -- always with at least 5 drops of lemon juice for every drop of MMS).
* I finally settled on five or six drops of MMS a day in at least 30 drops of lemon juice.
* Each person should experiment -- but only move to more drops per day slowly, adding usually one extra drop of MMS per day, while also adding five more drops of lemon juice every day (to keep the 5 to 1 ratio -- that is, at least 5 drops of lemon juice to every drop of MMS.
* If you escalate the drops to fast, you may experience a vague feeling of nausea. If you escalate really fast -- you may experience the so-called "herxheimer reaction", where the body is detoxifying too fast, and you experience nausea or tiredness, or even extreme tiredness. (Every person will be different here -- it is thought that perhaps nausea means your body is detoxifying too fast. Therefore, you may find a larger dose each day to be more tolerable a year from now than you do today, and so on. I experienced a mild herxheimer reaction a few times, which amounted to a period of cleansing, frequent bowel movements; once I in August 2009 I quit taking the MMS solution for one week due to a temporary move, and misplacing the box in which I had put my MMS materials during the move. When I tried to start up at 15 drops, I experienced extreme tiredness for 36 hours, during which I mostly rested and slept. Then I started over at one drop and worked back up, settling on 5 or 6 drops a day. )
* I also found out that if I stopped for a few days, which I did once during a move, I had to retreat back to one or two drops a day of the MMS, and begin working back up from there. (Again, always a ratio of 1 drop of MMS to at least 5 drops of real lemon juice.)
* Eventually, it is recommended that 4 to 6 drops of the MMS professional (with always at least five times as many drops of real lemon juice) is a good maintenance level. (Again, AFTER the MMS solution and lemon juice interact for at least 3 minutes -- you add water, and then drink.)
* The latest thinking from Jim Humble, especially if one is fighting an infection, is to take two or three drops of MMS according to the formula every three of four hours throughout the day. This would also hold if one were bed ridden and trying to overcome a serious degenerative disease. Read Jim Humble's book and see his video if you are fighting serious health ailments. Even Humble himself does not say that the MMS formula heals anyone. He believes it kills unfriendly bacteria so that the body is freed up to heal itself. Some state that the MMS is a great alkalizer, which helps mightily to keep the body in the proper PH balance. These conclusions, and others, come from individual experiences, and individual case histories. Every time Humble thought he was close to getting the money needed to do the proper "double-blind" studies, the big pharmaceutical-type funding entities pulled out at the last minute. Some suspect that they don't want something that costs $20 per year per family to make a great many expensive drugs unnecessary, or almost unnecessary. -- compiled by Jim Condit Jr.
